Description
The Shizuoka Prefectural Agricultural Experiment Station, which was developed and nurtured, was used in Shizuoka -born sake rice [Honori Fuji] at 70 % for rice polishing rice, and pure rice sake was prepared with a mountain abandoned sake mother. It is a dry liquor with broken sake and has acid. There is a simple flavor that seems to be a mountain abandoned.
