Description

It is a pure rice sake made in the image of a rich type of pure rice sake in the early Showa era. At that time, it seems that pure rice sake, which has a sour taste and rich flavor using a low -white raw rice than it is now, was the mainstream. I dare to give a ripening taste over the summer at room temperature. Hot sake is recommended.
