Box-format sake from Suehiro Shuzo in Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima, produced at a brewery with nine facilities recognized as registered cultural properties. Made with contract-grown Aizu rice and water drawn from local mountain aquifers, this everyday expression reflects the brewery's three founding principles of rice, water, and Aizu toji craft.
