Description

Yume no Kaori, Fukushima's original sake rice, is polished to 58% for this Tokubetsu Junmai from Suehiro Shuzo in Aizu Wakamatsu. The variety is known for fresh, balanced aroma and gentle sweetness, consistent with the brewery's signature mild, umami-forward Aizu style. Suehiro has been brewing since 1850 and ferments in small 30-koku tanks for careful quality control.
