Description

Yamahai junmai from Suehiro Shuzo in Fukushima, brewed in the traditional yamahai style that the brewery helped pioneer during the Meiji and Taisho eras. Balanced lactic acidity and gentle sweetness converge in a medium-bodied, food-friendly sake that is recommended warmed to around 35 to 40 degrees Celsius.
