Description

Soukuu Junmai Daiginjo Aiyama from Fujioka Shuzo in Fushimi, Kyoto, uses Aiyama, a rare and prized Hyogo sake rice known for producing opulently fruity, richly aromatic sake with a full, rounded body. At this exclusively junmai brewery where fifth-generation owner-toji Masaaki Fujioka hand-crafts all production with Fushimi's celebrated soft water, Aiyama's characteristically generous, fruit-forward profile finds its fullest expression.
