Description
Shujun is a blend of sake fermented by both yamahai and regular sokujo methods in a 5:5 ratio, producing a rounded, savory character with a clean finish. This Kawabu Jozo table sake won the Trophy and Great Value Sake award at the IWC 2021 in the futsu-shu category, making it one of the most decorated regular-grade sakes in Japan.
