Description
Iwai rice polished to 70% is the basis of this Karaku junmai from Shotoku Shuzo in Fushimi. The brewery is a founding member of Japan's Pure Sake Association and has brewed additive-free junmai sake since the 1970s, using only rice, koji, and Fushimi soft water.
