🍶
Description

A Junmaishu titled 'Chikuyo' (bamboo leaves) under the Shojo label from Kitamura Shuzo in Nara, the Junmai counterpart to the brewery's ginjo expression. Brewed without added alcohol in Nara's ancient sake tradition, it delivers a fuller, earthier body than its ginjo sibling while retaining a clean, refreshing finish.
