Description
Shirakamiromannoutage Junmai Ginjo Hanaomoi55 is polished to 55% seimaibuai, falling between standard ginjo and daiginjo thresholds, and uses the Hanaomoi rice variety associated with Aomori Prefecture. The careful polishing and cold fermentation yield a refined, floral nose with clean umami and the signature soft texture of Marutake Shuzo's Shirakami-inspired sake.
