Description
Shirakamiromannoutage Junmai Daiginjo is the pure-rice prestige bottling from Marutake Shuzo in Hirosaki, Aomori, brewed without any added alcohol at the daiginjo polishing level. The Shirakami Mountain watershed water, enriched by its passage through ancient beech forests, imparts a soft mineral quality that frames the sake's elegant, fruit-forward aromatics.
