Shinsei Daiginjo Genshu with the gold label is an undiluted daiginjo from the Fushimi Yamamoto Honke brewery, preserving the full natural strength and concentration of the freshly pressed sake. The gold label expression has earned recognition at international competitions including the Kura Master. Brewed with the soft Shiragiku spring water of Fushimi, it carries the hallmark rich umami and clean finish of the Shinsei line.
