Description

Tokusen Tessai is an upper-grade expression named after Meiji-era painter Tomioka Tessai, whose calligraphy adorns the original Shinsei label at this historic Fushimi brewery. Classified as a light, dry-drinking style suited to fresh ingredients such as sashimi, it reflects the brewery's food-complementary philosophy. Brewed with the soft, low-iron Shiragiku spring water of Fushimi, it carries a smooth, clean character without excessive dryness.
