Description
Ginfubuki rice polished to 50% forms the base of this daiginjo from the historic Fushimi brewery founded in 1677, whose label characters were brushed by renowned Meiji-era painter Tomioka Tessai. Fushimi's Shiragiku spring water, valued for its low iron content and balanced soft minerals, supports a fruity fragrance and smooth, refined flavor profile. No product-specific tasting notes were confirmed beyond rice, polish, and regional character.
