Rokumaru Hattan Usunigori is a lightly cloudy Junmai Ginjo from Chiyoshuzou's Shinomine label, using Hattan Nishiki polished to 60% from Nara's Gose City. The gentle cloudiness adds a creamy texture to this Hiroshima-rice expression, brewed with the pure Katsuragi mountain spring water by ex-winemaker Tetsuya Sakai.
