Description

Rokumaru Hattan (60% Hattan Nishiki) Junmai Ginjo Ichibigenshu is a first-run undiluted expression from Chiyoshuzou in Nara, using Hattan Nishiki polished to 60%. The Hiroshima-origin Hattan Nishiki variety's earthy, layered character is preserved at full genshu strength, shaped by the mineral Katsuragi spring water of this 1873-founded Nara brewery.
