Description
Honjozo made from Hyogo-grown Yamada Nishiki at 60% polishing, described by the brewery as a signature dry sake that shifts character with serving temperature. Served cold it delivers a crisp, sharp dryness; warmed to body temperature it softens into a mellow finish with a hint of sweetness. Won the top gold prize in the warm sake category at the 2013 Kanzake Contest.
