Description
Seppikosan Honjozo is polished to 60% from Yamada Nishiki and brewed at Tsubosakashuzou in Hyogo using water from the Seppiko mountains and natural temperature regulation of the cellar. Served cold it shows a brisk dryness; gently warmed, it reveals a subtle sweetness in the finish. It won the top gold prize at the 2013 Kanshu Contest.
