Sake Musashi — Saitama's original sake rice — is polished to 50% for this collaboration ginjo bottled under the Blue Thermal label, inspired by the glider manga set in Kumagaya. Fermented with the brewery's signature Kumagaya yeast, it showcases the umami-forward style Gonda Shuzou has refined over 170 years of hand-pressing with traditional funeshibori.
