Description

Tokubetsu honjozo released as a hiyaoroshi seasonal sake, spring-pressed then stored through summer at the brewery before autumn release. Brewed in Morioka, Iwate from locally grown Iwatekko rice polished to 55%, it develops a rounded, mellow character from the extended maturation.
