Description
Rich viscosity and clear honey yellow with a sense of luxury. Spicy aging and ripe tropical fruit -like complexity and rich aroma. Although the attack is powerful, it has a soft mouthfeel like silk and has a powerful and excellent umami, which is a characteristic of vintage. The aftertaste is well -balanced with the supple acid and the pleasant bitterness that gives a richness in the back. The aging will condense the rich flavor of rice, and the elegant and voluminous skeleton may be aged as time goes on.
