Ryusei Bangaihin Sononoichi is a limited blended release from Fujii Shuzo in Takehara, Hiroshima, combining sake from multiple pressing grades including junmai daiginjo and junmai ginjo without specifying a fixed rice variety or polishing ratio. The brewery, founded in 1863 in Hiroshima's Aki no Little Kyoto, is known for full junmai brewing with layered acidity, depth of flavor, and a clean finish.
