Brewed in Hiroshima using the kimoto method with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 60 percent, this nama junmai ginjo reaches 15.5 percent alcohol. It offers light, breezy notes of peach and apple with a juicy, yogurt like grapefruit peel finish, released once a year as a seasonal expression.
