Description

This tokubetsu junmai nigori opens with subtle aromas of white flowers, raw pine nut, and honeydew. On the palate it turns dry, lean, and bright, with pronounced acidity and a touch of chewiness from the fine rice solids. Flavors of nuts, ripe fruit, and toffee give it a more layered, less sweet style than typical nigori.
