Produced in Shimane prefecture, home to Izumo's centuries old sake brewing tradition, this bottle traces back to a brewery founded in 1873 in the historic castle town of Matsue. Classified as nigori, it is only coarsely filtered, leaving fine rice sediment suspended in the bottle for a cloudy appearance.
