Description
Rashomon Hoju Daiginjo is brewed at Tabata Shuzo using Yamada Nishiki polished to 49%, with Kinokawa subterranean water, at the 1851-founded Wakayama kura. It delivers a fragrant, fruit-forward aroma with well-balanced sweetness and acidity, a smooth mouthfeel distinct from the flagship Ryuju, and received its first Monde Selection gold award in 1988.
