A tokubetsu junmai muroka tobin (unfiltered, 18-liter jar pressing) from this Misato Town brewery in Akita, using naturally collected yeast and organically grown rice. Brewed with Houmon Shimizu spring water in small batches by a team of four, it reflects the brewery's philosophy of clean, food-friendly sake.
