Okuharima Hojun Karakuchi

Rate this sake
🍶
Description

This junmai sake leans dry yet full bodied, built on grain forward notes of rye, buckwheat and barley alongside pronounced koji character. A trace of walnut astringency lingers on the finish, balancing richness with a crisp, dry edge. Hojun (rich) and karakuchi (dry) describe the intended contrast between deep savory flavor and a sharp finish.

It is a full amount of Junmai sake brewery that protects the family lessons of "handmade skills." Oku Harima is not a transparent liquor, but it has a presence and is good to drink! I think it's a liquor that you can think of. In addition, we are particular about sake brewing using local sake rice.
