Description

It is a liquor born in January 2020 as a secret sake of the brewery. It is a liquor that was planned to be delivered at the brewery party and delivered to the inns that were developing products together. However, since February 2020, the ship has not been shipped as scheduled due to the new colon virus, and has been kept in the refrigerated room of sake brewery. The aging of the taste and the naturally foamed carbon dioxide (sigh of yeast) are also changing. I decided to add them to those who love sake. Just as people have their own personality, this sake also has a personality. Only the first part of the finished Moromi was coarsely filtered, and the yeast was alive and bottled manually.

Matsunami Brewery Inc.

Ishikawa
Matsunami Sake Brewery has been making sake brewing by Noto Mori in Matsunami, Noto -cho, the tip of the Noto Peninsula since the first year of the Meiji era. It seems to be a younger warehouse compared to the 140 -year -old store for 200 and 300 years, but if you go one step, you can feel the weight of the times firmly. We continue to use old -fashioned sake brewing tools carefully and continue to stick to handmade cold preparation. Thankfully, it has been supporting the structure without dying, with more beautiful and full -flavored well water. The sake we make is a wide range of sake, from ordinary sake that you want to enjoy in your daily drink to Daiginjo sake, which makes the place of Halle more valuable.
