Matsunami Brewery Inc.

Ishikawa
Matsunami Sake Brewery has been making sake brewing by Noto Mori in Matsunami, Noto -cho, the tip of the Noto Peninsula since the first year of the Meiji era. It seems to be a younger warehouse compared to the 140 -year -old store for 200 and 300 years, but if you go one step, you can feel the weight of the times firmly. We continue to use old -fashioned sake brewing tools carefully and continue to stick to handmade cold preparation. Thankfully, it has been supporting the structure without dying, with more beautiful and full -flavored well water. The sake we make is a wide range of sake, from ordinary sake that you want to enjoy in your daily drink to Daiginjo sake, which makes the place of Halle more valuable.
