It is a liquor bottled in "raw" without burning (heat sterilization) of freshly squeezed sake made in the cold winter of Noto. It features a high scent of fresh sake and a thick taste. The degree of alcohol is high because of the original sake, and if you have a weak alcohol, it is delicious to put ice and drink it with lock.
Light and fragrant with delicate floral and fruit aromas.
