Description
Hattan rice from Hiroshima forms the base of this junmai ginjo that has been aged in the brewery's underground cellar for several decades, with the vintage dating to 1964. Extended low-temperature maturation has developed a mellow, layered koshu with complex umami rarely found in standard offerings.
