Description
Locally grown Sake Musashi — a Saitama-original sake rice — is blended with Yamada Nishiki, both polished to 50%, and fermented with the brewery's signature Saitama yeast. The result is a ginjo with soft aroma, gentle flavor, and the brewery's characteristic backbone of honest, unfussy character.
