In the post town of the Uwajima feudal clan, in Uno -cho, Seiyo -shi, Maizo is built during the Kansei period and the brewery in the Ansei period, and it still has two hundred years.
The Motomiya liquor store uses "Yamada Nishiki", which is grown in -house on fertile soil, and natural water that springs out of the backy mountain.
