Description

Namagenshu Sugao from Katayamashuzo is an unpasteurized, undiluted honjozo that brings together the freshness of namazake and the concentrated power of genshu. Produced in Fukui, it is bottled at cask strength without heat treatment, preserving bright, lively flavors and a pronounced alcohol presence. This raw, unfiltered character makes it a bold contrast to the brewery's more refined ginjo offerings.

Fukui
We have been making quality -based sake brewing for a long time, such as remodeling into construction and improving sake quality, in 1977, including low -temperature storage in a wooden mortar refrigerator, and stabilizing sake quality throughout the year. Since 1999, the brewery has served as a brewery, and has been working hard to make a cup of more and more delicious drinks.
