Nagatoro Junmai Ginjo - Junmai Ginjo sake from Fujisaki Sobei Shoten Co.,Ltd, Saitama
Description

Uses yeast developed by the Saitama Industrial Technology Center. As a taste, it has a umami, but a pleasant acidity remains in the aftertaste. The scent is also gorgeous to imagine melon and blue apple, while refraining from disturbing the meal.
