Founded in Kyoho 13 (1728). In order to deepen the sake brewing of Fujisaki Kobei Shoten, "Polish and brew with the heart", the store has been relocated to Nagatoro -cho, which is rich in nature in 2018 to deepen sake brewing. We are working on sake brewing with the natural water that springs into the Nagatoro -cho Kazebuku area and the rice grown by Saitama soil.
