Description

A junmai ginjo brewed with the rare Misato Nishiki rice and yeast extracted from the white lavender Misato Yukka grown only in Misato Town, Akita. The sake uses water from the Rokugo Yusui spring group (one of Japan's 100 finest waters), producing a refined, transparent flavor with delicate floral character and a clean citrus-tinged finish.
