Description
Tokusen (特撰) Junmai Ginjo is brewed with Hyogo-grown Yamada Nishiki polished to 50% and fermented with house-cultivated Kanazawa yeast. A hint of melon aromatics, transparent mouthfeel, and clean, mellow acidity give it depth as a food companion.
