Yamada Nishiki at 60% polishing is matured in a cedar (taru) barrel for this Meikyoushisui junmai, adding a subtle wood fragrance to the clean rice umami of the line. Brewed with Tateshina spring water in Saku, Nagano, it suits both cold and warm service.
