Description

Pressed directly into bottles at the tank spigot (kameguchi), this junmai ginjo is bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized at an elevated alcohol level of 17–18%. Miyama Nishiki at 55% polishing gives a bold, fresh character with honest rice flavor.
