Description
Meikyoushisui Honjouzou is brewed at 60% polishing with the Tateshina mountain spring water in Saku, Nagano, at a brewery founded in 1689. It is especially suited to warmed service, with good flavor expansion and a clean finish without the off-aromas sometimes found in heated honjozo.
