Description
Reihou rice polished to 70% is left unfiltered to create this nigori from a Saga brewery founded in 1716, which draws on Arita's Izumi-yama white porcelain spring, known as the finest water in Kyushu. The high alcohol content of 18% and the unsettled rice solids together produce a rich, textured pour suited to chilled service.
