Matsuraichi
Matsuraichi is produced by Matsuraichi Shuzo in Imari City, Saga Prefecture, a brewery established in 1716 that has brewed continuously for over 300 years in the northern Saga coastal region historically known as Matsuura. The brewery uses locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice and produces sake recognized for its soft texture and clean, food-friendly character. The brewery won a gold award at the 2022 U.S. National Sake Appraisal for its tokubetsu junmai, and its plum wine won gold at Kura Master 2024.
