Description

Mansakunohana Omachi55 is a junmai ginjo brewed by Hinomaru Jozo in Masuda-machi, Akita Prefecture, using Omachi rice polished to 55%. The brewery, founded in 1689, draws on subterranean well water from the Kurikoma Mountain range, and this expression delivers the full, round body and layered umami characteristic of Omachi alongside Akita's signature softness.
