Description

Yamada Nishiki's parent stock and mysterious sake rice Ho Yamada is famous as a parent stock of Yamada Nishiki, but its origin is not clear. The fact that there are three traditions are expressed in the logo in the center of the label. It is a very expensive sake rice with extremely small production volume. Ho Yamada has a beautiful and powerful acidity, and has a slightly different taste from the clear and beautiful Yamada Nishiki. After sourness, you can feel the sweetness and umami. Beautiful and powerful acidity. Then the sweetness of rice.
