Mansakunohana Junmai Ginjonamagenshu Misato

🍶
Description

Mansakunohana Junmai Ginjonamagenshu Misato is an unpasteurized (nama), undiluted (genshu) pure rice ginjo from Hinomaru Jozo in Yokote, Akita, named after the Misato area of the Yokote Basin. Bottled without any heat treatment or water dilution, it preserves the raw, vibrant freshness of newly pressed sake alongside the concentrated fruit-forward character of ginjo fermentation. The genshu bottling at natural strength gives it a richer, fuller texture compared to standard ginjo releases, best enjoyed well chilled.
