MK series featuring white koji and sweet acidity Mk-Z is an abbreviation of MansakukoBoprojectz, and is a liquor that challenged the taste completely different from the flavored flowers. Contains white koji, a koji for shochu, to create a unique acidity. The ratio of citric acid is very high because the sour yeast and white koji are combined. It is a complicated taste that uses our original raw material "Hinomaru" as a rice cake, and is a mixture of citric acid and umami. A part of white koji is used, and citric acid and complex acidity are dense.
