[Release time] Mid -July ~ It is a special pure rice Ginjo that brewed "Aiyama" in the same tank, which has the opposite nature of "Kame -no -tail". Please enjoy the harmony of "sourness" of "Kame no tail" and "sweetness" of "Aiyama". Junmai Ginjo brewed in the turtle tail and Ayama. The balance between sourness and sweetness is exquisite.
