Junmai Daiginjo's raw sake brewed in the sake of sake "Yamada Nishiki" The "Mansaku no Hanabo Selection" series is a popular product that is released on handwritten labels, bottling the recommended freshly sake selected by Mori (Manufacturing Officer) under the supervision of himself. The yellow label is the raw sake of our highest peak, "Junmai Daiginjo Man Saku no Hanamada Nishiki 45", which is luxuriously polished by the king of sake rice "Yamada Nishiki". You can enjoy the delicate Junmai Daiginjo with a gorgeous aroma and softness, and the taste of the powerful and freshness of fresh sake at a limited price! Junmai Daiginjo brewed up to 45 % of Yamada Nishiki. The gorgeous scent spreads over the mouth.
